Details:

It is used to cut Hardin-plank and similar brands of cement siding. It has been laying in my toolbox, so the exterior, cosmetically, is not perfect but operation. Retired now, so trying to clear out some of the tools I no longer have a use for. This is a slightly used Porter Cable cement fiberboard shears.

Rather than cut the siding with a saw and create clouds of unhealthy dust, these shears nibble creating no dust. These shears also make it easy to cut radius cuts and interior that would be difficult if not impossible with a standard circular saw.
