The case is a bit dirty and dusty could stand cleaning. This was a yard sale find in good used condition. It powers up and provides solid tone alternating in a low or high volume.

It comes with an earpiece that appears unused. Make sure this is what you want before buying and ask all questions first i'll do my best to answer.

So do us both a favor and buy someone else listing if that's what you're planning. There is no manual for it however, i'll include a printed set of instructions which I located on the internet. Note to anyone thinking of pulling any type switcher with this tool.
