This very popular design features a diaphragm-actuated, temperature-indicating Gage, with built-in electrical switch for tripping alarms and or shutdown devices. When subjected to heat, the liquid in sensing bulb changes vapor creating pressure against diaphragm mechanism.

This vapor actuated gauge features a sealed capillary tube and sensing bulb. The diaphragm translates this vapor pressure into a mechanical gauge reading. Inside the 20t250-10, gauge pointer acts as a temperature indicator and one switch pole which completes circuit when it touches adjustable limit contact. The 20t250-10 is a 2 temperature switchback.

This model has a 10 foot capillary length with standard not threading, and temperature range from f c. Contacts are grounded through the switchback case.
